Collection of data - how and why

Following the principles of the Data Protection Act we collect information about you that is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purpose or purposes for which they are processed. Similarly we strive to ensure that any information we collect is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date.

The information we collect may include such details as your name, address, telephone and e-mail address.  Such information will only be used in delivering WILCO services and/or responding to you as either a member or to your enquiry. This may necessitate sharing your details with other WILCO members but we will not sell or share your details with any other third party.
